Pumpkin Coach provides dresses to individuals experiencing significant life events where they deserve to feel celebrated, regardless of financial capacity. Our support is extended to:

  • High school students attending prom or graduation who may not have the means to afford a dress.
  • Women overcoming personal challenges such as domestic abuse, financial hardship, or health struggles.
  • Individuals celebrating pivotal moments like weddings, milestone achievements, or personal rebirths.

Our decisions are based on context, stories, and the genuine need for support. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, gender identity, or age, provided the application aligns with our values and mission.

 

2. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Submit a completed application with truthful and relevant information.
  • Be residing in the United States.
  • Demonstrate either financial hardship, personal adversity, or unique circumstances that justify the need for support.

Minors under the age of 18 may apply but must have a parent or legal guardian’s consent for communication and delivery. 

 

3. Donations and Volunteer Contributions

All monetary and in-kind donations are final and non-refundable. Donations support dress acquisition, logistics, outreach, and operations. Volunteers engaging with Pumpkin Coach agree to conduct themselves with respect, professionalism, and compassion at all times. Misconduct may lead to removal from the program.

 

4. Use of Website and Services

By using our website:

  • You agree not to misuse the platform for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity.
  • You acknowledge that all content on the website (logos, images, text) belongs to Pumpkin Coach and may not be reused without written permission.
