When pain had nearly stolen their milestones, Pumpkin Coach stepped in with something deceptively simple — a dress, but wrapped in dignity, belief, and joy. For Julianna, it meant showing up for prom after years of battling brain cancer and surviving unspeakable abuse. For Ava, it meant being seen in all her light at a UFC event, her smile outshining even the spotlight. Pumpkin Coach isn’t just about gifting gowns — it’s about rewriting what it means to feel beautiful, celebrated, and chosen. Through volunteer stylists, donated dresses, and an unwavering community spirit, we create moments that remind every girl: you matter, and your story deserves to shine.
JULIANNA’S JOURNEY: Courage Worn in Color
Julianna is not just a survivor, she’s a warrior. Battling Pineblastoma- a rare brain cancer in her teenage years would have been enough for most. But life tested her further with a harrowing experience of emotional and physical abuse. Through it all, Julianna stood strong. When she walked into our fitting space, unsure of herself, her strength quietly filled the room. She left with a purple dress and something far more powerful: her power.
AVA’S MOMENT:

Ava’s joy is infectious. Living with Down syndrome, she’s faced her own share of being underestimated. But at a recent UFC community event, something beautiful happened. She was surprised with a dress from Pumpkin Coach. Her smile, her twirl—it turned a regular day into a milestone moment. Because every girl, regardless of ability, deserves to feel radiant.
